Poster and Oral Presentation Instructions
Please read this page carefully to best prepare for the conference.
Each accepted abstract will be expected to have an accompanying traditional research poster by the presenting author(s) during poster sessions A, B, or C. If your abstract is accepted and you applied for an oral presentation, you may be selected to present your research with a slide deck during the breakout sessions in addition to presenting a traditional poster.
Posters

Anything larger will not fit on the poster panels and may not be properly displayed. Slightly smaller sizes are allowed. Please note our conference is not offering poster printing services, please prepare accordingly.
Submission Date: Posters do not need to be submitted. Presenters must bring their poster to the conference on 04/12/25.
