Abstract Submission Form

Please note that payment is NOT required to submit an abstract. You are only required to pay the fee if your abstract is accepted (notified via email). Travel and accommodation are not included. Participant fees will go towards hosting the event, materials, and food. Brown University’s official payment platform will be sent to those accepted via email. Early submission deadline (Free): January 31st 2025, 11:59 PM EST

Early payment deadline ($40) : February 7th 2025, 11:59 PM EST

Regular submission deadline (Free): March 1st 2025, 11:59 PM EST

Regular payment deadline ($50): March 8th 2025, 11:59 PM EST

Payment is made on the Brown Marketplace payment Portal after your abstract acceptance. It will be sent to you via email from “ivyprehealth@brown.edu”. All payments must be completed by 03/08/2025, 11:59 PM EST. If applying for the early deadline, the payment must be made by 02/07/2025, 11:59PM EST.

We will be reviewing abstracts on a rolling-basis. Earlier submissions will be prioritized, although we will try to accommodate a range of poster topics and fields. Projects should be basic-science, translational science, biomedical, public health or clinical projects. Laboratory or clinical research are both invited. Once reviewed, your will receive an email regarding your acceptance/rejection and details of payment on Brown University’s official marketplace portal.
